CLIENT: Moonstone Skin & Body Care, a Bay Area based aesthetics and wellness spa.

CHALLENGE: To educate potential clients or current clients about why they would consider this particular spa, against the competitive market.

Already providing the social media marketing and blogging for this brand, I learned how the business was providing non-invasive, anti-aging services not otherwise available in the region. Most clients opt for the basic facial and may not be aware of or understand the other options and how they are non-invasive but still provide optimal results as surgical services do.

SOLUTION: I offered to create a take-home marketing collateral piece available at the spa and for the team for networking opportunities. This way the team is armed with a way to open up the conversation without being pushy.

This is a trifold featuring the tagline I created, “Custom Skin Care to Soothe the Skin and Heal the Soul,” which encapsulates how the business is about wellness through beauty. I used the outside panels seen first for the call-to-action with contact information, as well as to build credibility to entice to open up and learn more. For the inside panels, I conveyed the key message of the holistic side of the treatments and listed the exclusive services to demonstrate the luxury side as well.

The voice is friendly but straightforward in order to put forth key information without extra frill. The goal was to showcase the business’ expertise and commitment to delivering high-end services for 360-degree well-being through skincare.
