As my first client with True Blue, I promoted a luxury skincare spa to generate awareness and sales with a content strategy for their digital communication channels, notably for social media, emails and blogs, to further brand loyalty and sales. I executed the content and copywriting, plus designed social media post graphics, edited or organically filmed videos, and conceived campaigns. I also developed brand messaging guidelines.

Working for this brand in-house, I employed luxury marketing and communications to tell their story with event campaigns, in-store promotions, and influencer marketing to increase awareness directly to clients or through media coverage to generate sales. Here I showcase the tactics and copy written materials I created to promote new store openings events and influencer-hosted webinar programs that I oversaw.

I regularly implemented PR strategies to launch product collections for prestige retail giant, Target, my client at a public relations agency. Highlighted here is the strategy, content and copywriting I used to engage press on Target’s Spring Home collection, including a pitch letter and press release. I also prepared executives with key messages for talking points. As a result, key media attended the executive hosted press preview, which resulted in media coverage.
